1. You must pay after the sketch and show proof that you paid2. Send references (MUST HAVE COLOR IF IT'S AN OC, unless you prefer it to be completely up to me) of the character you would like me to draw and give me the details of what you want ant the drawing to look like (Pose, vibe, expressions, perspective, etc)3. I will send you the stages of the drawing process to ensure that I haven't made any mistakes. Don't be shy to confirm that you do not want to make any changes! This is a drawing YOU'RE paying for, but I may charge extra for any adjustments requests after the drawing is complete.4. The only acceptable refunds are: I couldn't finish the commission (90% refund), canceling the commission before I do the lineart (100% refund), If i can't finish ur drawing within 2 weeks (40% refund) and other possible future exceptions.5. Robux payment is ONLY FOR ONES WHO CAN'T PAY WITH BOTH RUPIAH AND DOLLAR.6. The 2 weeks timer starts only after payment!7. I can only deal with 3 customers at once, if things get crowded, i'll tell you your place in line and the estimated time. So please be patient!8. I have a right to refuse service if i feel uncomfortable
